“Came to Chapelhouse to look for a new MG. Spoke to Alan on New Car Sales. I had no idea what I wanted. But, with Alan's patience, I went away to choose between two. I have decided which one I want and will be back soon due to a Christmas/New Year holiday. May I take this opportunity to say 'Thank you' to Alan for taking the time to put me at ease and, as I am 68, did not rush me into making a quick decision or bombard me with the usual waffle that means you have got to decide today. “Quite amazing how I found this place. I was shopping in Asda when I remembered my wife’s car needed oil. I therefore went to the aisle where the oil is and a lovely guy who I don’t know approached me and told me to come to General Traffic as it would be way better oil and way better prices… HE WAS NOT WRONG! The staff were so helpful too in telling me which oil to get and price was nearly half the price for a better oil too! Would definitely return for stuff for the car”

Took it here and was told to buy the sensors from ford and they would fit all 4 for £100 . Saved me a fortune great friendly service and i know i have genuine ford sensors because I supplied them . Not only did they have a good selection of Golf automatics, but they were really helpful in helping us choose the right car with regards to insurance, tax, etc. The car we went for was in great condition and they had even fitted a new touchscreen head unit with Apple Car play! Car had been recently serviced as advertised as I checked the oil filter and air filter and all brand new. Chris who we dealt with from start to finish is a good honest stand up guy and we would definitely buy from him again. The car came with a full book pack containing all of the paperwork, including all of the Japanese documents.
