“I was in this pharmacy at the time of this ‘incident’ stated below and I have to say I was absolutely disgusted by the patients behaviour, you was asked to leave because you was swearing and there was a child in the shop, I’ve never seen anything like it in my life, these girls work so damned hard every single day under the pressure they are under and do not deserve customers like your self telling complete and utter lies! I was stood closer to the counter than you were and no nasty comments were ever made by the staff they just carried on with their work, I’m disgusted that someone can just make up lies so easily”

“I suffer and have suffered from ongoing depression and anxiety for many years, Iv recently started counselling at Wirral Mind in St Caths, Bhead and I have never felt so at ease and incredibly welcome here. I was so anxious doing face to face therapy but it was the best decision I could have made. Only 2 weeks in and looking forward to my next session. Not sure if I’m allowed to mention the Lady’s name so delete if not allowed but Jackie is incredible at listening but also helping you to open up. Thank you Wirral Mind.”

“Recently attended A and E as a patient. Very impressed with the new location and set up. Very organised with several waiting areas, vast improvement from previous A and E. Well organised and efficient, all staff i came into contact with were professional and polite. Waiting time was acceptable, one should accept that this a busy A and E dealing with hundreds of walk in patients . Patience is the watch word . To me the wait is more than acceptable when considering the high work load . I was admitted as an in patient firstly to Majors ward and then to ward 32 . Throughout my stay i was impressed by the professional and polite attitude by all members of staff i came into contact with and the high standards of care. I found the ward very clean and well maintained a credit to all. A vast improvement from the last time i had cause to visit the hospital as a patient several years ago Peter veevers”
