“Went here the other night to get my mot done and was very pleasantly surprised.Really good staff a nice place to wait and spotlessly clean,even had a look around the sports shop.It didn’t take to long and I was one of the last customers,but I had a new battery put into my key fob and when I went to go home when I opened it the alarm went off and then the car wouldn’t.Luckily I guy called Paul came out to help me and checked the fob and the guy from Timpsons in Heswall had put the wrong battery in.By now the place was shutting,but he looked for a right battery.He couldn’t find one,but made a few phone calls and managed to get one down the road.He went and got it and replaced the dud one and everything was fine.I can’t say thankyou enough,Paul kept the place open until everything was ok with me and had gone above and beyond to help me.Can’t recommend enough.”

“Great service! I was in a bit of pickle, needing to drive back to London on a Saturday morning, but with a loose undertray scraping along the road. After a quick phone call first thing in the morning, I was able to go there about 5 minutes later, and 15 minutes after that, with the loose undertray was removed, I was back on the road, with only a nominal charge.”
