From first contact to first treatment session was about 2 months, but I was contacted in that time for things like triage and assessments. I've been having CBT for free and the difference has been amazing. I can't praise them enough. If you are willing to have some patience and wait for your treatment (they have emergency numbers if your condition deteriorates in the interim), then I highly recommend the service. My treatment would have cost thousands privately.”
