She was very professional, pleasant, informative and knowledgeable, Alessia explained what she was going to do: the mapping and then hybrid tinting. At first, my brows looked so alien to me ( never had them done before!! ), but on day 2 I am used to them and lots of my friends commented that they are great and give a nice frame to my face.
