Steve is an excellent listener and has given my partner an absolutely beautiful haircut, she suffers from social anxiety and sometimes has difficulties speaking to new people but the atmosphere in Root 69 is beyond welcoming and Steve is so kind and absolutely amazing at his Job, his kindness and approachability gave my partner an instant sense of comfort, which made her feel able to speak freely as she would if she had known Steve for 10 years, he's also a great conversationalist! Steve's professionalism is absolutely off the charts! He knew from just a few seconds of feeling my partners hair the exact hair type she had and how he needed to go about cutting it, which is something she has struggled to find anywhere else. She is absolutely made up with her haircut and will not hesitate to return in the future! Thank you Steve, it was so lovely to meet you and we cannot wait to catch up soon! :-)”
