“I've had great experiences with forge Road It doesn't take long to get through in the morning, I am always offered an appointment or a phone consultation. I feel like the staff here really listen to your problem and take the right course of action. All the doctors I have seen and spoken to have been so nice, so understanding and have done such a thorough job when completing an examination. They really care and listen. I also see a nurse regularly for my injection and for ashma clinic and the nurses are really great too. Friendly and good at their job and listen to your concerns and needs. The receptionists are friendly and polite. They always listen to me and give me the care that I need. It's always a positive experience speaking to them. I honestly cannot fault this surgery, they've always been great to me. I think if you are polite and follow/accept the system of the receptionist asking about your issue before sign posting you in the right direction, you will get the help you need.”
