In our opinion he has gone above and beyond. He has kept us informed and has been there to oversee every step of the process. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. The same can be said for Vinnie who has made himself readily available to ensure the fitting went smoothly and was to our satisfaction. All have been so respectful.and couteous in our home. Now to the kitchen. The design process was seamless. Chris even sourced a bespoke colour the we wanted. “Five years ago this company removed our old kitchen and installed a new one. Everything went very smoothly. We have been very pleased with all aspects of their workmanship and the products supplied. Unfortunately a few months ago three cupboard doors started to delaminate. We feared the worst. But the response from the business owner was absolutely fantastic. No grumbling, no cross examination. He simply asked for the details, ordered new doors, had them fitted, no charge! We were truly impressed. Rare to receive such service these days.”
