Not only were our orders placed correctly and swiftly, Charlotte offered us information on points as well as the loveliest birthday wishes for my friend, and we both got to have such a laugh with her! It definitely made the trip that bit more special which made me personally very happy so thank you so much, Charlotte ♥️ Our drinks were prepared quickly and perfectly by the barista who made them, so thank you so much for that as well! As always, very delicious and satisfying ☕️”
