I returned several times to the practice and had different procedures done which led to my old veneers being removed and new ones fitted. “Went in to get a new gas cooker which I did not really want as I was just swapping old for new. I thought I would have to run a cable from fuce box to get a electric oven. After a lot of advice from a very knowledgeable owner he explained a single oven only required a 240 v connection. A double oven needs running from fuse box. So I opted for a single oven and was expecting a couple of weeks for fitting. I was shocked when he said will fit it tomorrow. The gas was capped by a gas engineer and the guy then came and fitted the oven. The oven fitter was also a great guy explaining a lot of things to me. You just do not get service like this any more and from now on I will not use anyone else for my white goods. You have a customer for life. So next purchase will be a fridge freezer in the next few weeks.”
