“Hi, I've just been to the spar at kitt green and I made a awful mistake, I thought the lady had given me ten pounds change to little, she was so sweet and had to stop serving and check her till and boom I'd forgotten I'd got a 12 book of stamps and I was so embarrassed and she was very kind. “Great place for every day essentials. Some stuff are pricey but can also get good bargains. Staff always seem to be smiling. Very clean and tidy, shelfs always fully stocked and tend to have everything you need. Could sometimes do with an extra pair of hands on the till at peak times though.”

“Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”
