“This used to be my go to pizza place but then it went downhill (this isn't the end of the story!). However recently I gave it another go, whilst the pizza's don't have the herbs they used to have (and the rock salt) they have some absolutely lovely ingredients and taste amazing. 5* for Pizza, next time ill try either the kebabs or the burgers but i definitely recommend the pizza over anywhere in the town centre.”

“Came for a meal out with family. Our server was really attentive, friendly and helpful. One of our party was Coeliac (gluten free) and he walked her though each option - loads of choice, all pasta and pizza GF options. Really nice food and drink, atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend!”

“Staff were lovely and really welcoming. The food was freshly made, so took a little longer but was delicious and definitely worth waiting for. The highlight was the Nutella calzone. Although it didn't have fruit inside as advertised, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“Celebrating an 18th birthday and the staff went out of their way to ensure things went smoothly. The food was fantastic - 14 of us pre-ordered and every one was correct! The staff had pre prepared the bill so that there were 4 different groups paying for what they'd had during the night - amazing organisation. The food was excellent but certainly Matt and the other staff were amazing, polite, professional and so friendly. No hesitation in recommending this place.”

“This was my first time coming to Lily & Arthur’s and all I can say is, words won’t do it justice for how good it is! You have to go and experience the place for yourself!! When me and my partner went, we were received by a lovely and welcoming female waitress. Any help we needed in navigating the menu she was always on hand to help us. Also, for us, it was very refreshing to go in on Good Friday and see the waitress proudly wearing her cross necklace while serving. A little thing on top of everything else, but very much added to our experience. I got a sandwich myself and my partner got one of the toasties. Can I just say, I have never had so much goodness loaded into a Sandwich in all my life. It was incredible. The bread I believe is made from scratch so is beautifully fresh, and the filling inside the Sandwich is a very generous amount for you to enjoy! My partner had a toastie which was very tasty too, with a wonderful amount to enjoy. We loved it there, and would recommend the place to anyone! We can’t wait to go for lunch again but also go in the evening one time to experience an equally amazing evening menu too!”

“I ordered a lamb kebab with salad and asked for the lamb to be cooked rare. It was cooked to perfection and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole meal. The best lamb kebab I've had for years! I highly recommend Manhattan.”
