Fast forward and now looking online for a good quality frying pan for my daughter’s 30th birthday, I found a good priced Le Creuset on the Art of Living website. What a great job this company has done in establishing an online presence without losing the personal touch. I was able to speak to the actual person in the warehouse who would drive the product to the shop closest to me, and when I got there the shop manager was SO informed and helpful with her advice that I ended up buying a different le creuset sauté pan.
