Amanda spent a good amount of time focusing on proper technique and progressions that were holistic and based on correct biomechanics. I had an incredible time when I was going there, I could see a great improvement in my strength and flexibility over only a couple of months. The atmosphere at the studio is super friendly, the instructors are lovely and helpful. The studio itself is well looked after, clean and spacious. There's always water and snacks available for students. I never experienced any problems when attending classes at Exotica Pole Dance and if I could, I'd spend all my time there. It's the best place to go to if you want to become a great pole dancer.”
