They have an option of being shown round and introduced to people before any work which I've never been offered before. Dr Frances is a calming presence and worked hard to put fears and my embarrassment to rest. I have fibromyalgia and issues with jaw pain. They did their best to work around my issues and not trigger ongoing pain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone like me with bad previous experiences which trigger severe anxiety.”

Despite a language barrier (my mum is not a native English speaker), she took the time to communicate clearly and always checked that my mum was comfortable before any potential moments of discomfort, even the minor ones. This made the whole experience much less stressful. She is also an excellent communicator. Her explanations were clear and easy to follow, and the advice she gave was thoughtful and tailored to my mum’s concerns, which made her feel genuinely understood. Bomi is extremely polite, highly skilled, and wonderfully caring. My mum felt very reassured throughout, and we are both grateful for the outstanding care she provided.”
