“It was a very nice experience at this hospital. All the staffs were amazing and very helpful the moment you step in the hospital. The nurses who look after my little 5 years old were Sara, Natalie and Carla. They were so nice and patient. Natalie helped my daughter to feel so comfortable. “Not sure why people are complaining. It’s not that serious. They are direct and to the point. I am here to lose weight first and foremost. Hospitality comes second. I have lost weight using this clinic and that’s the most important for me. My experience has been positive: they have been flexible and always be accommodated me, even at the last minute. “Today I had a smear test with nurse Elaine she was AMAZING soooo nice and caring, she made me feel so much at home so friendly and nice. She even checked my breast after I told her I found lumps and gave me the all clear. She also reminded me about my letter for mammogram coming in the post and reassured me that I had no lumps. She patiently showed me how to check my breasts too she was wonderful thanks Nurse Elaine from Mrs Roomes ❤️❤️”
