“Drove down from The Lake District needing a good barber..... And found a great one. The banter in the shop was great to hear and made the place feel warm and welcoming. I really felt like I was in a proper London barbers. The owner who cut my hair was very attentive and cared about what he was doing, listened to what I wanted and cut my hair just as I wanted..... “I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was a child love this place will not go anywhere else. Had 2 of my front teeth fixed by Dr Jeremy Marks he was amazing very helpful and made sure I was comfortable. I Cannot stop smiling . So thankful for his time . He knew exactly what he was doing. “Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Whitaker’s in en2 comes second. The male pharmacist named Bob is such a genuine, decent, kind and sincere person who goes above his duty as a pharmacist and seems to be in the profession to actually help people. The first time he helped me with a better version of medication as the one prescribed was unsuitable. He then (without me asking)went above and beyond contacting different manufacturers and really and truly took it upon himself to be helpful. So unexpected in todays world where customer service largely is an ancient myth of a bygone era or that’s how it feels sometimes. Today, once again he went above and beyond and took steps to rectify a problem and offered two solutions I didn’t request that resolved my problem. Seriously, to say I am thankful for such kindness and empathy is an understatement. He is a rare angel In this oftentimes cold world.
