“Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”

“Dentist Deepika, Nurse Ravi and Receptionist Helen have all been absolutely amazing. I’m currently in the middle of root canal treatments which stemmed off of an infection in one of my back teeth and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They have been so understanding, reassuring, kind and welcoming and have taken the time to listen to my needs and concerns.
