I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . I first had a very lovely massage with her to check out the salon and staff and was looking for laser but I was also a bit worried about the pain.
