We couldn't recommend them enough, first of all Tim called us to get a feel for what we were after, we were then presented with a few great options that were well thought out and put together in a very user friendly link. Nothing was to much trouble and all of our questions and requests/tweaks were handled quickly in a friendly manner throughout. Once we chose our holiday we felt in really safe hands and had all the info we needed to feel confident traveling further away from home than neither my Wife nor I had ever been before! “We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all.
