Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit.
