“In the heart of Croydon, a Sri Lankan restaurant, from the outside it did not suggest anything good, in reality, a really charming, clean and well-kept restaurant. short waiting times. GREAT FOOD really tasty. reasonable prices. Really courteous staff also very friendly manger. bathrooms clean and well maintained. if you are in the area I recommend it. great! Also plates are really nice with sun and moon.”

“Had a really lovely experience at Wagamama over the weekend. I was having a rare child-free day and was on FaceTime with my mother who lives abroad, and my server, Fatima, was just wonderful. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. Fatima is a real credit to the team, and her warmth made the whole visit feel extra special.”

“This restaurant is superb. Everything is homemade, even the chilli and garlic sauces, and the meat is wonderfully spiced and flavoursome. It is family run and operated and the pride that goes into the food and service is apparent. I would not hesitate to dine here again and to recommend this place to friends and family.”

“This restaurant is more than twice the distance of my local one but so worth the extra travel time. The dim sum was exceptional, very high quality and well made. It was also very good value compared to the nearest biggest dim sum restaurant. An unexpected added bonus was the Saturday 1pm raffle which was good fun and very generous of the restaurant. Staff and service was great too. No dedicated parking is the only negative. I highly recommend and I will be returning again soon.”

“It was Lunar New Year and so I decided I'd try Wei Dao and I took some fortune cookies with me too. The ladies working there were really nice. It was not busy on Friday night, I encourage people to dine in and ditch the takeaways. It's reasonably priced and had some fun pop tunes playing in the background.”

“We are occasional customers of the Blossom House and only ever use their take away service either with delivery or collect in person. However, the food is consistently great and normally the order is 100% correct. Last night we placed an order for delivery. A few minutes later the restaurant called to say that they had a credit showing on our account for a dish they had missed off our last order a couple of months ago. They asked if we now wanted that dish with the current order which we did but tbh I had completely forgotten about it. The restaurant could have easily not said anything about it and left it to me to remember. So they’ve restored their record of 100% accuracy and added complete honesty to the list of reasons to recommend them.”

“Easily the best Chinese around. Usually order the Special Fried Rice, Singapore Noodles, Beef and Black Bean and can honestly say it's the best I've had - anywhere. Also ordered a larger order recently with friends with a range of dishes also just as good. Order time usually around 45 - 60 mins but worth the wait. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Little Taiwan with its vibrancy and sense of welcoming soft and peaceful atmosphere in the middle of modern glass and concrete environment. I highly recommend its place for its character, service and of course food! We have ordered all vegetarian dishes and were well fed with beautifully served on a plate very tasty, authentic food! My son and myself have had an impression that we have been lucky to be a guest at some Taiwanese family home and were pampered with a well cooked home food! I promise you, you will not regret a minute when you decided to give BaoBao place a try! “I have been ordering from them for over a decade now, and the food is consistently good and very reasonable. I highly recommend the Jade Dragon Special Crispy Noodles, which has an assortment of vegetables and several meats and a house special sauce completes the dish, a complete meal in itself for under £7. The prawn crackers are fresh and flavourful, and they've been very kind and helpful when I was convalescing and needed dishes tailored. Always delivered cheerfully, no matter the weather (thank you!).”

“Best Thai in Croydon. Having been to Thailand and tried most Thai outlets around Croydon, I think this is currently the most authentic I’ve experienced. Usually our go to takeaway but went to the restaurant for first time yesterday. Same great food & waitress was amazing; working insanely hard to keep everyone happy. Great job Tuk Tuk!”

“Good Chinese food with a good selection, I like the following dishes Singapore rice noodles, lemon chicken, special mixed curry, Sweet & Sour Prawn Balls/ Chicken Balls(not to much batter), Deep Fried Chilly Beef, Egg Fried rice, Mushroom Fried Rice or Vegetable fried rice, My dad likes the Singapore fried rice Vegtable, Mushroom or Prawn currys, Niece likes chips and plain curry so a dish to fit how your feeling & time of day. Staff are friendly and can help you pick a dish to suite you, are also willing to make changes like a but more spicy they can do that. Good sized portions too. Do home delivery now too but no card payment”
