βI can highly recommend the back in shape clinic. I have had a back problem for the last 3 years which has prevented me from enjoying my usual activities After seeing various specialists I thought I would give these guys a try. My physiotherapist Anthony has been excellent. From day 1 he has explained everything clearly and precisely. His assessment and treatment of my issue has been exceptional. I am now starting to make good progress and am much more positive about my recovery. Thanks very much.β

βLatinFlow is an amazing community tucked in the heart of Croydon. A year ago I walked into a class knowing nobody there and only having done a single salsa taster 15 years before. One year on I have found lovely group of people who I look forward to seeing every week, and have had what I suspect will be a lifelong love of salsa fostered. Agnesa is an incredibly supportive teacher who takes you from absolute beginner to being confident with all of the basic steps, then hands you over to Thalia and Pedro who can guide you all the way up to expert standard. I cannot recommend this class highly enough.β
βLovely music school and amazing teachers. I really liked the way the course is built up to engage students and increase their confidence, at a good, steady pace. My daughter loves attending the classes. The teachers are very knowledgeable and finding different ways to support parents.β
βA great shop, not too big/overwhelming and plenty of parking. Lots of deals on throughout the store. Took my 2 young kids for half term activities and found many bargains and things for them to doβ
βThe classes are wonderful! Zahida, our teacher, is excellent! You leave the classes feeling amazing!β
βExcellent dance school with very professional teachers, love the fact they run events like dance competitions, charity dance shows and IDTA dance exams.β
βGordon was fantastic from start to finish. We were let down by the original entertainer we had booked for my daughterβs 5th birthday on the morning of the party - Gordon was recommended to us and a couple of hours later was at our house and put on a fabulous show. The children were aged 2 to 5 years, and all were captivated - we were so impressed by both the magic and his lovely manner with the children. Thank you Gordon for saving the party!β
βGreat store with a good selection of baseball/softball gloves. And very good salesman who was very helpful to us. Thank you.β
Located in the heart of Croydon's Progress Industrial Park, this academy serves as a premier hub for martial arts enthusiasts. It provides a dedicated space for individuals in the local community to develop physical confidence and discipline. The curriculum features a comprehensive range of disciplines including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Specialized no-gi jiu-jitsu sessions focus on technical proficiency and live sparring for all skill levels.
βOur daughter dances at Caterham Dance School with Clara and Damian and their reputation for excellence is very well-deserved. From trying out a cha cha in the children's beginner class, through to competing in juvenile ballroom and latin competitions, they have been really supportive at every step - tailoring teaching and advice on technique to her abilities as they develop, and continuing to inspire her love of dance!β
βJoining this martial arts gym is one of the best things Iβve done. I started at 29 a few months ago and itβs been life changing for me. The sessions are intense and educational, but youβre also able to go at your own pace. Thanks to the amazing instructors and the great gym atmosphere.β
βMy son is half way through his first term at Great Waves Kenley. He has made excellent progress learning to swim each week. He is given lots of attention and direction, and the wonderful instructors are patient and encouraging. We will be signing up our youngest child very soon. Thank you Great Waves!β
βAnna is a lovely tutor and I really enjoyed her lessons. I was new to Ballroom & Latin, but she and the class were very welcoming. We mainly focused on technique and would normally do 2 different dances a month. It would be easiest to bring a partner, but I didn't have one and it was no problem. Thoroughly recommend.β
βAttended a child's birthday party event here. Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.β
βGreat swimming facilities if caught at the right time of day. Easy access to a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The price is good if you're willing to pay for three months membership. The only shorter option is a session pass which cost me more than I was happy to spend. Next time I think I'll hit the gym too!β
βQuality customer service in how they communicate can see the passion in the staff and how they interact.... Always fun and can see the commitment on every occasion....never a bad day....very empowering.β
βAttending MK dance is a great way to build confidence and meet new people. New to dance as an adult can be daunting, but dancing through MK takes this away, they welcome dancers of all ages, experienced and non experienced. I have learnt the art of ballet and tap and love ever minute of it! The teachers are amazing, very welcoming and friendly and draw out the talent in every dancer in the class.β
βFour year old daughter loves going to yelo dance. Miss Lorraine is a star and the children love her. Very happy weβve found yelo, a fantastic local service :Dβ
βGreat coaches, and good support for the aspiring young footballersβ
βMiss Lauren is fabulous with the children and they all love her. The lessons are fun and have plenty of variety. I would strongly recommend Tippy Toesβ
βExcellent dance school. My daughter took part in their show. It was so polished and professional. I was particularly impressed at how every child taking ballet took part in a mini version of Peter Pan - the planning and prep on that alone! Extra rehearsals were laid on which meant juggling for parents but the results were outstanding.β
