“For me, one of the reasons that retail is fading is due to retailers neglecting the user / customer experience. Prestigious retailers, Harrods, Selfridges etc., get this right. “Went in to get a suit and after a brief discussion of what I wanted the gentleman went and fetched a suit without measuring me or asking my size. It was nearly a perfect fit, just needed the leg length taking up a little bit. Polite, attentive, and very professional. Wonderful customer service.”

“Oliver Pryse planned me the trip of a lifetime to Easter Island. The service was top-notch, right from the initial call through to the trip commencing. I bombarded Oliver with many queries and he was incredibly helpful every time, resulting in a stress-free, amazing trip. “I went to this place in July to try on a shirt and I was served by a horrible woman, I think she was the manager from what I gathered as she was talking down to her colleagues etc. I was asking about the returns policy because I wanted to see how it would like with my suit at home and she said I couldn’t return it? So I left the shirt and she was so rude about it, to the point where she started ignoring me! then thought ahhh I won’t go back there again but then gave it another try on Friday just gone as I was in a last minute panic so it was my last resort and Martin was a godsend, he was so accommodating, he essentially created a fashion montage for me and my two friends which really made the whole experience so fun! He could see I was struggling with making a decision and kept the store open for a bit longer just so I didn’t feel under pressure. I think all stores need a Martin, he turned a negative experience into such a positive one! Managed to get my tux in time, the store managed to send it for alterations and get it back to us a day earlier than expected!”
