The first engineer who came to look at the boiler said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to have a new one installed. We had a feeling this was not the case, so we asked Mark for a second opinion. Mark was very thorough, and worked out that we just needed to change a faulty piece of equipment. It's now working perfectly fine! Definitively value for money.
