“I spent a spa day here andcould not be more pleased with my experience. All the staff were very attentive and efficient. I enjoyed my facial and hot stone massage and would like to thank Selina very much. We could choose a lunch from the bar menu to a value of £25 if we didn’t want to choose from the set spa day lunch menu. I went with my daughter for my 60th Birthday treat and would recommend. Such a relaxing place.”

“Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

“Very clean, spacious accommodation with parking directly in front of the small hotel. I booked it for my visiting family and we were very happy. The double aspect room for two contained a king size and single bed with TV and small fridge, etc. The room was heated before our arrival to a cosy temperature for winter. Enough room for luggage. Lovely high ceilings with crisp white walls and bedding. The hotel is connected to an Indian Restaurant, but the rooms did not smell of spices at all, in case you were concerned. Flexible booking in and out. Friendly staff. We will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Value for money, have stayed twice in recent months as a stop en route Eurotunnel and will stay again. Rooms appear recently redecorated/carpeted. Comfortable bed. Strong shower and decent towels. “My daughter's and I were looking for a new home close to their current schools. I submitted an enquiry form on Accommodates website and I received a phone call straight away from Savannah regarding properties available. A viewing was arranged the following business day and the property was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Savannah offers a real personalised service so much so that when I call up she already knows who it is calling and says "Hi Vanessa!". She has a welcoming and positive attitude all the time and nothing is too much, I don't think you would receive that level of service elsewhere. Communication has been brilliant every step of the way and everything has been dealt with swiftly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Accommodate to friends of family. We are due to move in next week and I cannot thank Savannah and the team from Accomodate enough for all their help and assistance, they have been wonderful.”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”

“Please don't let bad reviews put you off!! My friend and I booked the room the night before travelling up to London, cheap hotel split between us. We chanced our luck to check in early and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who gave us access to our room. Room is a good size, clean in all areas absolutely no complaints. Decent shower, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Towels provided aswell. Perfect if you need a comfortable bed and want good value for money. 10 minute walk to Dartford Station, a shop next door and loads of decent takeaways nearby.”
