“Great experience, we went with 11 people and it was a lovely meal. We all had starters which came out pretty much at the same time and then all our mains came out at the same time. We used Tesco vouchers and had no issue when using them. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the meal. I would come back during lunch time.”

I’m so glad I met Sylvia because she looks at things holistically and not just treat the site which has issue (I’ve tried a lot of tropical treatment from previous dermatologists). “This forest is just so magical. You feel how old and ancient everything is. There's a church nearby, and some of the graves are from people who were alive in the 1800s, which is really cool. I would recommend coming here if you love forests and exploring!”

“They make nice kebab and it is affordable which is good. They are polite , friendly , helpful and sociable staff. I have been there few times and got kebab which was tasty , delicious and scrumptious that made me order food from there such as pizza that cost £7.50 which they delivered on time. The customer service is responsive , efficient , friendly , quick , good communicator , respectful. , professional , good delivery time , honest and understanding. The food mouthwatering , tasty , delicious , scrumptious , meaty , superior , superb and fresh. The store is the clean , tidy , modern , sleek , good , amazing , great and joyful place to go in to for life. You will make new friends for life that will make you feel better , happy , joyous and great experience for good. They will make you feel like at Turkey with their kebabs that they make on daily basis and you will never forget the taste of the meal because you will want more and more everyday with more bites. “I have received absolutely outstanding service since joining Loughton Leisure Centre. From the very beginning, Sharon, one of the managers, has been nothing short of amazing. I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment. Since joining, my pain has become more manageable, and I genuinely look forward to coming in.
