“I have received absolutely outstanding service since joining Loughton Leisure Centre. From the very beginning, Sharon, one of the managers, has been nothing short of amazing. I initially enquired online and was quickly contacted by Sharon, who followed up with a phone call and arranged a tour. I suffer with excruciating pain and often find gyms intimidating, but Sharon’s kind and genuine nature instantly put me at ease. At one point, I became tearful during our conversation, and she didn’t just brush it off — she listened, handed me a tissue, and gave me a reassuring hug. There was never any pressure to join; instead, I felt supported and understood. That made all the difference. Since signing up, I’ve been attending regularly, and the atmosphere continues to be welcoming. Becca, another member of staff, always greets members with a big smile and even remembers names — such a simple but meaningful touch that makes you feel valued. Both Sharon and Becca are a true credit to the Centre. I’ve already recommended Loughton Leisure Centre to friends and family so they too can experience the top-class service and supportive environment.
