She was so nice and friendly and kept checking if we need anything at all, amazing staff member and you can tell she loves her job. Never experienced good customer service like hers. “Booking was easier than other places via the website. £50 for my car pay on the day. Staff very friendly and advised one my anti roll bars was loose. Expected it to fail on this but informed me they had tighten this up. Did fail on back number plate lights but they kindly swapped the bulb and done the retest on it there and then. For a council run place I know their truthful in the MOT as they do not do the repair work.”

“What a delightful oasis this coffee shop is located in Loughton. It's a family run business and a great place to drop into for a coffee and a chat. Not only that the food is great....breakfast and lunch both 1st class. If u fancy a salt beef sandwich u will not get better anywhere in the south of England. If u have never called into Bishops, then you must give it a go....u will not be disappointed.”

“The food here is delicious. Came in for lunch and was very happy with the size of the dish, and most importantly the taste. Good quality chicken with a generous free starter of bread with tasty humous/garlic and mint sauce. The prices are very competitive and the restaurant layout is spacious and bright. Lots to choose from the lunch/brunch menu. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great sized salad with the chicken dish too, tasty rice. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning for dinner at some point very soon.”

“Lovely lake with a footpath around it. Easily pushchair and wheelchair accessible from the car park. Lots of wildlife, wildflowers, wildfowl and flowering water lilies to be seen. Benches to sit all the way around and a couple of picnic tables too. Footpaths leading off into Epping forest.”

Donna and the team are the loveliest teachers and make the girls feel empowered to try new things and show their personalities. It's the most beautiful way to make memories with our girls and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new activity for their little one.”
