“Ordered using Click & Collect from this store. Didn’t realise that it’s only 48 hours to collect so had to call the store to hold until I could get there after work today. The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient. One assistant helped me with the item to the car which was a relief as I’m disabled. Really great customer service which is quite rare these days. Well done Wickes Epsom and a massive thank you.”

“Took my car in with a badly leaking exhaust this morning.. AFter warning me that there may be problems sourcing parts for old Mercedes cars like mine, Mark said he'd take a quick look to assess what the problem was. 10 minutes (and apparently 3 stock bolts later he returned to say job done, no charge.
