“I walk by this garage at least 2x a day so was excited to use them for my MOT (new car owner). Very communicative and responsive, fit me in the next day (I was not expecting that). While I left my car there in them am, I noticed in the pm when I went to pick up that there was a small scratch (I'm maniacally careful with my car, I only park in quiet areas to avoid these types of scuffs, only drove 1,000 miles in a year). I was upset, said I dropped this off without a single flaw so I found this unacceptable. Khalid remained cool, calm and professional. He said it's incredibly surprising as they are very careful with all their customer's cars (of course they have to be - but things do happen) but he did the right thing and immediately fixed the mark the next morning for me, free of charge. This has won them a life-long customer in me and I will make sure all my friends and neighbors use them as well. I think it's important to support local and I felt like they really cared about me as a neighborhood customer. They did not want to make it contentious and wanted to make sure I was very happy with the service which I think speaks volumes and is very atypical of a garage who could have just said it's not their problem.”
