“Visited today really worried about my son. He was seen the same day. The doctor is new at the practice. She was excellent, gentle approach and knew how to deal with young kids. Reassured me and made sure to check absolutely everything, really professional and approachable at the same time. My son (young 2 year old) kept asking to go back see the doctor this is how safe and comfortable she made him feel. I left feeling heard and understood.”

“Got off the train at Shepperton, crossed the road and directly opposite is this taxi firm. Friendly operator had a car ready for me in 5 minutes. Nice car and the driver knew exactly where to go (which was good because I do not know the area). The nice operator explained that they are new and very nicely asked for a review - request granted - keep up the good work”
