“First of all sorry for the delay. I have been visiting the TFL Heston Vehicle Inspection Centre in 23 September 2025. I had an issue with my PCO badge and I spoke with the manager and another guy (who was bus driver before) they were very nice, kind and helpful. They are “HUMANS “ with full huge capital letters I hope more people like them and the world can be a better place in the future because now I have a 6 month old and I wish He can grow up in that world. “As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”
