When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! “Dr Ali saw me as an emergency patient on the first day his surgery opened after lockdown ended in June 2020 for which I was very grateful. I had been self-treating a cavity for 8 weeks. Dr Ali was kind, professional and able to allay my concerns having been without treatment for so long. “I first met Dr Amir 17 years ago when my youngest son needed extensive orthodontic treatment. It was a chance recommendation and after our first consultation I knew that I could not allow any other dentist to treat my son. He was on course to have four teeth extracted and Dr Amir was adamant that this was both unnecessary and dangerous for his future health. The teeth were never removed and as predicted, there was never any need to do so, contrary to the advice of other practitioners. There followed treatments for my other two sons, one of whom had already had the traditional train tracks, resulting in him being unable to close his jaw comfortably. The other had his teeth realigned and his palate gently altered resulting in the clearing of a long term blocked nose. Having had my wisdom teeth extracted years ago, I too had the treatment which together with the Atlasbalance has resulted in no neck pain and the miraculous disappearance of chronic lower back pain. The results of this latter treatment were immediate. Dr Amir is a rare practitioner. He has an holistic approach to his patients and this combined with a desire to fix people’s health issues through his theories around cranial symmetry, make him unique. He is forever looking for new approaches and new ideas to help his patients. He is also an excellent dentist.”

“I saw Dr. Michael Nigro for tooth pain and a suspected cracked molar. He identified the specific nightguard I needed (for clenching) and recommended an onlay to protect the cracking tooth long-term. We chose a gold onlay for its longevity and biocompatibility, which was essential for this molar. Dr. Nigro was quick to respond to my emails during this anxious time and worked calmly and efficiently. The gold onlay is like jewellery, overlaying a bad experience with beauty, and he also adjusted surrounding teeth to ensure my bite was perfect. The nightguard fits with micromillimeter precision and will help retrain my mouth to stop nighttime clenching.”

“I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. “I recently had a root canal at the Dental Referral Centre and honestly, I was really impressed. The clinic was spotless, well-organised, and had all the latest equipment — everything looked super modern and reassuring. My procedure was quite complicated, but surprisingly, it wasn’t painful at all. Just a few hours later, I could barely feel a thing. The dentist was clearly very experienced and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. A big thank you as well to the nurse who assisted — she was incredibly kind and calming, which helped more than she probably realises. The reception team were lovely too, and overall, the service felt top-notch without being overpriced. “I went to the well being clinic to help with sciatica and also persistent cold sore attacks. So far after just a few treatments my sciatica has improved and I have had no cold sores. Dr Chen is happy to explain what he’s doing and why and although it can be slightly uncomfortable as the acupuncture needles are being inserted, once in, the treatment is painless and relaxing. The option of buying the medicine is given at the end of the treatment but it is not a hard sell so I felt under no pressure to buy them. All in all I feel happy with my experience so far and intend to continue.”

“Long overdue review of a phenomenal dentist, & a phenomenal fellow. I started seeing Dr Collins in 2005. He was recommended to me after some truly horrendous dental procedures had left my mouth in a state of near disrepair. The first thing he did was build my confidence in him. He assessed the damage in my mouth, & set about a plan to rebuild my smile. He repaired the serious issues I had, assessing what could be saves, then rebuilt areas, making everything stronger, over a period of a year, leading up to my wedding. For the next 5 years, he continued his regime, making sure I did the best I could, to maintain everything he had done. I left the UK in 2011, lamenting the loss of such a skilled & dedicated Dr in my life. Fast forward to 2023, & a trip back to the UK. A fractured/failed root canal (NOT by Dr Collins) became seriously infected. I contacted him on the coronation bank holiday, where he graciously took my call (despite not working on that day) & fitted me in, first thing the next day. I would have been happy to take some antibiotics & have an extraction back in Australia (after returning) However, assessing the issue, he said there was no way that I could wait that long, as I would be in hospital long before then. He allayed my fears about sinus issues & flying (plane air con' affects me greatly), & removed the tooth. It has been 2 weeks & the extraction site has been healing brilliantly I managed the flight with zero issues, & my face,which had swelling & pain, has completely healed. If anyone has any doubts with their dentist, or is looking for a dentist who is dedicated & truly cares, then look no further than Dr Collins. Thank you Dr! Once again, you have saved my smile!”
