“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

Edit: I just got home and found a card from them, giving their condolences and a bag of poppy seeds to spread in her memory. It's a small gesture, but it means the world. “After being probably one of the most nervous patient’s they have I can honestly say this practice and their staff are fantastic. So understanding and always have your best interest at heart. After having Henri as my dentist for many years I totally freaked out when he said he was retiring! But I need not have worried Paul who took over from Henry is fantastic. He explained every step of the way what he is doing and doesn’t rush. I would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you dread going. From the lovely reception staff until to the time you leave they are very professional in every aspect.”

“I cannot recommend Fourways Dental practice highly enough. I recently had to have some major work done involving 2 implants and some bridge work. I could not have been looked after better by Rohin and his dental nurse. They are an exceptionally professional team at all times. My comfort during the work was given priority and I felt genuinely cared for at all times. The work is now finished and I could not be happier with the result.”

“I am not going anywhere else, needed new tensioner and belt on Mercedes 06 A garage which I won’t name said £500 Ridiculous, phoned another garage £300 This garage £198 + vat They said they’ll do the work tomorrow, they did it, and I opened bonet. Proper job they’ve done. Just for peace of mind 1 year warranty too. This garage doesn’t rip you off and doesn’t cut corners. I will be recommending this garage to other friends and family and whoever is untrustworthy of garages, I’ll get them to come here.”

“By far the best dentist. I called 111 due to my son having a sensitive tooth & in lots of pain. Got an emergency appointment and from the minute we arrived everyone was fantastic! The receptionist with blonde hair was such a lovely lady & very welcoming. All the staff were so attentive & made my son feel so relaxed. They gave us very good advice and reassurance why my son had pain.My son was so happy and even got a sticker too. Thankyou so much to all the team here. We will both be coming here as our dentist. All of the Dentists are experts in their own fields with exceptional skills, knowledge & care towards their patients at all times.
