“Our daughter has been enjoying Playball (Richmond) for the past two years now, and we intend to continue for as long as possible as she absolutely loves it! With Bonnie and Trevor's encouragement and expert tuition, we have watched our little girl grow in confidence and develop motor skills which support her physical development and ability, nurturing her interest and curiosity in sports and being generally more active. Something that particularly amazed me was when Trevor ran a special birthday playball session for about 15 toddlers for our daughters 3rd birthday (most of which had never participated in playball before), whereby, though his excitable and encouraging style, every child, without exception, remained engaged and participated the whole way through - other parents also commented at just how amazed they were to see their children enjoy it so much and to take part. Even those that had a tendency to be shy, or didnt know many of the other children, got stuck in! Thank you, Bonnie and Trevor, you guys have been simply amazing. Enjoy the summer and we look forward to returning to Playball again next term!”

“I would give 7 stars if I could. My autistic son attended Parklanes Wykeham for two years, and they were a true blessing. The staff are genuinely hardworking, caring, and honest individuals who truly want the best for the children in their care. My son, who has special needs, was unfortunately rejected by Harrow Lodge breakfast club due to his needs. However, Parklanes welcomed him without hesitation or question, demonstrating a genuine willingness to care for and support him. Throughout his time at Parklanes, my son was always happy to go there. Over the two years, there were never any significant issues thanks to their hard work and dedication. Due to my son being pre-verbal, they also assisted in developing visual aids to support his speech development. I firmly believe that Parklanes Wykeham played a significant role in his early language acquisition, as his first words emerged at the age of four while attending the setting. The consistent high standards are evident throughout the establishment clearly demonstrates effective leadership that permeates every aspect of the staff's work. Bev and Sarah Price, thank you for all the support and advice you have provided, which has significantly improved my son's learning journey.”

“Even though my daughter only spent a few months here as we have to move her to a nursery closer to our home, she settled into the nursery very smoothly with the help of all staff and despite having key person change, she didn't have any issues as other staff are equally caring and helpful. I can clearly see her independence grew since attending the nursery, she learnt English songs while she couldn't even speaking English at the start and she becomes more confident of herself. Most importantly, she likes going to nursery and often tells me she wants to go there more often. The communication with the nursery is very smooth and the admin team is super efficient. Obviously I'd appreciate if I can have more photos of her but I do appreciate staff writing her diaries everyday so I know what activities she enjoyed and whether she has eaten/nap well. I would recommend this nursery to my friend if they stay close by.”
