“My son has been in this nursery for 2 months now and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff are all wonderful, caring and committed. The nursery manager, deputy manager, room staff and the chef were all so invested in making sure my son settled in well. This has been a huge help as I was nervous about leaving him to return to a full time job at 6 months. I also get detailed feedback every day on how well he's doing. My son loves his key person and everyone else who takes care of him. He has made huge progress in his development since joining the nursery. The nursery staff support us with his weaning, mobility and other development needs. He gets so excited every morning when he sees the building, I think that's the best indicator of the quality of care he's receiving.”

I was worried about my child’s speech when we first started and after a few months she had progressed too much. That already showed me the care and effort they put in for each child to hit all their milestones. I love the fact that they have events for all parents/ careers and children to really involve us, gives such a homely feel to the setting. Communication is 10/10, the staff are amazing and couldn’t have met a better management team. Will truly be missed when we leave”

“I cannot recommend Springfield lodge enough. My little one has been going since December and everyone at the nursery have been great. So caring and really trying to help him develop. He’s been slow to walk but all the staff have been trying to help him. I saw a previous post saying the staff were rude and perhaps it was because she was not from the UK. I really struggle to believe that this has been their experience as truly I think everyone at the nursery is exceptionally kind and really friendly. It’s also very multicultural and they go out of their way to embrace all of the different cultures, both with the variety of food but also loads of little extras including the different languages and celebrations. I’m a first time mum, so didn’t know what to expect but the nursery have gone out their way to reassure me and it really is the best environment for my little one.”
