“So it seems that Friday is fish and chips day ! Fresh fish not frozen, crispy batter was perfect Chips are frozen but proper chips and not those skinny things so ofyen served in pubs, garden peas or mushy peas and served with a wedge of lemon. Could ask for better and only £3 more than the local chippy which incidentally is also very good. Staff are great with a real local atmosphere so 5 stars from me”

“Wonderfully tasty food. Cooked to order so is always hot when it arrives. Delivery drivers are great. Unfortunately they don’t open Christmas Day so we had to order elsewhere, it was awful compared to Curry x press. I will never order elsewhere again.”

I got cod & chips mini and a single cod on Saturday and a bottle of onion vinegar, so delish all fresh cooked the chips were scrummy an the batter on the fish was great. Delivery was around 15min later than expected but the food was well worth the small wait, piping hot, generous sized portions & everything ordered was delicious, could not fault this place & definitely have our new go to chinese. “I have just had dinner with a friend at the bubble and squeak in CRAYFORD What a wonderful experience the chairs are lovely and padded and the tables are nice and clean. We both ordered are meal and within five minutes it was being served to use. And the size of the meals were very generous. Very good value for money. “Great old pub from my youth, I used to live in Dartford and have been in there a few times, this was for a wake for a very close friend of ours. The staff are always pleasant, the wake was held in the back of the pub, so no regular customers were in there. The team looked after us very well, nothing more to say really, prices are reasonable for drinks, etc.”
