Frat stayed on the phone to me and coached me through how to get to the bottom of the problem. He did not have to do that. Just a very good bloke. So impressed. “Saw my cat as an emergency (when I phoned 3 other places including my own vets my family and I have used for 20 years) The vet went above and beyond, knew exactly what my cat needed and got the job done!! Very fairly priced! Even though it’s not an ideal location RE parking I will now be returning for all routine appointments and have recommended this practice to friends and family. I also thought the receptionist was very warm, friendly and ensured my cat was seen to! One very happy cat and owner!”
