The pharmacist that was about to do the test was very helpful over the phone and helped me understand when I need to take the test for my travel and if I have enough time. He spend alot of time explaining all the ins and out to me and suggested I cancelled my test as most likely I would not get the results in time.”

Their care and aftercare wad amazing and we are so grateful,but their Blood Clinic needs sorting out! After having been sent there for an URGENT! blood test....his name was 1 minute at the top of the screen then the next minute at the bottom and 30 mins was nearly up! He wasn't well and was getting stressed,one lady receptionist was fairly pleasant,but one male wasn't....so l give the hospital 5 stars but the Blood Clinic 2!”
