“We ordered a takeaway roast at the weekend and it was the best decision we've made! Lol. It was absolutely fabulous and one of the best roasts I've had in a long time. We were so grateful to be able to take it away and enjoy it whilst our toddler was napping. The member of staff we spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. We collected our roast with no problems and just about had a big enough plate to put it on as the portion size was fantastic. The whole roast was spot on - lovely turkey/beef, tasty veg and cauliflower cheese. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be ordering again and happy new year! It was so good I nearly cried hahaha.”

“I visited this pub whilst working in the area away from home, I found it a friendly place where the locals would have a chat with you. The lady behind the bar (land lady I think) was really polite and friendly, she had a beautiful smile and an absolutle cracking pair of thrupenny's with a cleavage to die for , I would definitely visit again. “Please don't let bad reviews put you off!! My friend and I booked the room the night before travelling up to London, cheap hotel split between us. We chanced our luck to check in early and was greeted by a lovely lady on the door who gave us access to our room. Room is a good size, clean in all areas absolutely no complaints. Decent shower, fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Towels provided aswell. Perfect if you need a comfortable bed and want good value for money. 10 minute walk to Dartford Station, a shop next door and loads of decent takeaways nearby.”

“Visited as a group of 6 lads working down here for the weekend with race event. Can’t fault the food and the service. Kate and the rest of the service staff gave exceptional service. Managed gastro pubs which are heavily food led. And know good service when I see it. The food was top tier. Working few more events down here looking forward to visiting on future occasions.”
