She spent a lot of time on the cut; so different from other salons I've attended where you're in and out of the salon within 20 minutes or so. Best haircut in years.; it looks great. “JennaJ is a one to one beauty specialist. Her main focus is her clients. Her consultations are thorough and she listens to her clients needs. My first time getting individual lashes she reassured me to ensure I was ok with everything. Relaxing music was played to make me feel comfortable. The end result was exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the outcome. My nails were shaped to my required style and Jenna was gentle removing any excess skin around my cuticles. Shellac polish was applied and they came out beautifully. “I've been to this salon about 5 times now for a hot wax. Not only has their service been faultless consistently since the first time I've been, the staff are the sweetest, kindest women I've met. I've had 3 different ladies doing my wax for me now, and each time I've had to do with a new person, I've had some anxiety, and each time I left completely satisfied with the service. The place itself is very clean. The service is to an extremely high standard and the ambiance is calm and lovely too but really the people and the quality of service combined makes it a 10/10 experience.
