“I had a great first experience during my wax at Vega Clinic. Guluzar, the aesthetician who did my wax, was kind and professional. I was a little nervous about the pain, but Guluzar helped me feel at ease and her hot wax technique was done in such a way that the experience was quick, efficient, and had less overall pain than other waxes I’ve had. Another thing is that overall the aestheticians I met at the clinic were welcoming and friendly. I think when going for beauty services it’s important to have a good experience as a customer, especially when you’re going there for the first time or you’re getting a new treatment for the first time. I’ve had unpleasant experiences at waxing locations in London so it’s nice to have a place I feel confident returning to!”

“Always happy with the service at Yuzu! Been going for a number of months now, and staff are always friendly and attentive. Love the way Jasmine cuts my hair and reflects every detail I asked for. I recently started doing colour balayage really happy with how it came out (after it was messed up previously by other salons). I thought I wanted more red but the staff recommended a browner shade based off the picture I showed and it came out exactly how I wanted! Salon is always clean and beautifully decorated. 100% recommended!”
