“My mother was struggling with toothache for maybe 2-3 months, so she was taking painkillers, but then she got immune to them and the real pain came. She wasn't able to sleep for 3 nights in a row and then I called to this Dental Practice. The lovely lady from the reception answered my desperate call and she helped us by doing an emergency appointment for my mom in that day. The doctor made an x-ray, he explain to us where the pain is coming from, he prescribe some antibiotics and told my mom to come again after 1 week to extract the wisdom tooth. She took all the antibiotics, then when she didn't have any left to take, the pain started again and Sunday night she didn't sleep again. So she was supposed to go for the extraction on Tuesday, but Monday morning I called again and the receptionist lady made another emergency appointment at 9:00. The doctor said he's very busy with appointments, but he will try to help my mom between patients. So he made the wisdom tooth extraction and I have to say that this action was incredibly quick and without pain, between 1-2 minutes. My mom didn't even notice that the doctor made the extraction! Then I have to thank you a lot for your help, great staff, very polite and helpful, very professional. Cheers again for your help! I truly recommend this Dental Practice!”

“I love it here, I’ve been coming for over 5 years now, and always leave more than happy with the result! Mica was so lovely, very welcoming talked about what I wanted done and what was realistic, she’s the expert so I 100% trust her judgement. I got a treatment done too, which was perfect for my hair, as it wasn’t in great condition. She did a great cut and re-style and I love the products she used in my hair to style it. The finish lasted for days. I highly recommend it.”

“As new parents we had the usual worries of having our child leave the home environs to start spending time at a nursery and pre-school. From questions about how settling in would happen, eating, drinking water, to physical safety and provision of attentive care and learning. We are pleased to share with parents looking to use a nursery and pre-school in the Pinner / Eastcote area that our experience and our kiddos experience has been wonderful. Our child joined the class for smaller children (Fawns) and then moved on to the class for bigger children (Cubs). All over the nursery, the staff have shown great responsibility in providing individualized care, guidance and have been attentive to our requests (almost daily) for looking after the well being of our little one when under their supervision. The staff from the head teacher to the teaching staff, assistants and support staff have shown great gentleness in handling all matter of things that can occur with a little 3 year old. They have observed our child's development needs and have been in constant conversation about these as out child has moved along. Observations of personality, abilities to follow instructions, manage independently have all been addressed. Last but not the least they have made learning fun covering all areas of the Early Years curriculum. As a result our child has blossomed at Cheeky Chums emerging from it more mature, independent and confident. I'd hand down recommend this nursery and pre-school to any new parents looking to use one local to Pinner / Eastcote. Well done team Cheeky Chums and a huge heartfelt Thank you from us parents! “The food was scrumptious & the atmosphere was good, thanks to Alexandra allowing us to not have to sit near a huge table of children - unfortunately it was still noisy but I appreciate that that is unavoidable, it’s a lovely restaurant & myself & my friend will definitely be back.
