“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Romaine carried out a whole range of different works to my property, first fix plumbing for kitchen refurb, boiler upgrades, new radiators and shower. He also dealt with an undiagnosed gas leak and disconnected an old gas fire. There was a lot to get though! He’s very focussed and organised and communicates clearly at every stage about what needs to be done and why. I thought he took a real pride in his work and was very professional and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a solid and reliable plumber, a rarity these days! He’s been a great find, and I wouldn’t think about using any other plumber in the future. “Steve and Ben were amazing, we called them up because our boiler was playing up. We had no hot water. Came quickly gave us a fair price quote and started the work Thursday. They changed several components heat exchanger which got ruined by bad sludge water from old rads. Fitted new pump as well and a new valve. They recommended a system flush after seeing all the sludge build up ect.. and completed the job that day, they worked hard and were very knowledgeable. All problems solved and we're back in business. Would definitely recommend, use again. Thanks Steve and Ben, very happy.”

Been using them for years now for my son who is autistic and has adhd and they are always incredibly patient...he used to hate going to the barbers but now doesn't mind at all because the ladies here put him at ease. I don't mind going now either...it used to be an anxious experience for me. They do a brilliant job on his hair for a very reasonable price, always left happy. “I cannot recommend Beeches enough! As a dog owner, you hope that you never need to test a Kennels ability to look after your dog in a crisis but having now experienced it, you really couldn’t be in safer hands than theirs. We landed and arrived on holiday to a voicemail from Courtney breaking the news that our springer had suffered a very short seizure that morning. They already had a vet appointment made with our vet practice and reassured us that whilst our dog seemed a little subdued she was seemingly back to her normal self. They’d even had the quick thinking to video a tiny bit of it to be able to show the vet exactly what had happened. The tests had revealed nothing of concern, fingers crossed a one off event. I cannot fault their service over the next week. From the communication whilst at and after the vet appointment, moving her to a quieter kennel to reduce any stress and the regular updates and little videos of our dog happily wagging and sniffing. It was enough for us to be completely reassured that she was in great hands. Without their amazing service and support, I’m sure I would have cut short my holiday and I will always be so grateful for the love and care they showed our dog. Thank you all.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”
