Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. “I've had such good experiences with this dental surgery. My dentist, Liane, makes me feel seen as she remembers me so well each time and it really feels like she cares about me and my teeth. She is so personable and professional, along with her assistant too. The actual procedures on my teeth have all been very good. I was feeling very conscious about a gap in my teeth and she filled it with a bond, which I never even thought about requesting. I was worried about having to pay out £1000s for Invisalign or something similar and so was really happy with this option. I am feeling so much more confident and happy about my smile. “Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

“Value for money, have stayed twice in recent months as a stop en route Eurotunnel and will stay again. Rooms appear recently redecorated/carpeted. Comfortable bed. Strong shower and decent towels. Friendly welcome at reception. Dog friendly. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Wharf, good bar/restaurant.”

“Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist”
