“Have to say got no complaints about the king Harolds way surgery, always find the receptionists friendly and professional, can be hard getting an appointment but think that is the same at all surgeries at the moment. Recently saw Dr Samra who has to be one of the nicest Dr's I've ever met, very professional but caring and friendly at the same time.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”
