“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective. I had to wait over a month to be booked in. which was the only negative for me - I guess that only demonstrates trust people have of them. Thank you and see you again.”

“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. I’m ashamed I can’t recall names but the service was perfect with everyone I met. Thank you guys See you again soon TG”

“Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog yesterday. I found Mead Centre to be helpful, courteous and understanding during this sad time. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. The process was dealt with professionalism, love and understanding, thank you.”

“Dr Claire is absolutely amazing at what she does, I’ve had a lot of treatment including lip fillers & Aqualyx (fat dissolving) and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else now! My Aqualyx treatment was done a few weeks ago and I’m already so happy with the results after just one session. I would Highly recommend to anybody!”

I couldn't of asked for a better service. It's so lovely to have friendly faces that put you at ease before your jab. He is always greeted with open arms and big hugs and his tail is wagging happy to see them both. The party was Brilliant, my son had the best time and so did his friends. “I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime”

He was very thorough throughout the entire process of my mum getting new dentures and they have come out perfectly; she could not be happier with them.
