He fixed a persistent pipe hammering issue and a leaking bathroom mixer tap both professionally and efficiently. From start to finish, Thomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating – even going out of his way to source and collect the required parts late in the evening, well outside of normal working hours. His workmanship was top-notch, and he clearly takes great pride in doing things properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the extra effort he made to get everything sorted quickly. Booking the job with Asset Plumbing & Heating (Tom) was smooth, his communication was excellent, and he's genuinely a lovely person to deal with – polite, respectful, and highly professional.
