“Puregen Clinic was recommended by a friend. I went for an initial consultation and to try a laser peel, since I haven't had that treatment before. I've had consultations before at some acclaimed clinics, but this is by far the most professional consultation I had so far. Mr Djordjevic didn't spare time to explain to me the particularities of my skin. He gave much valued lifestyle and nutritionist advice without trying to sell me anything - and concluded by what combination of treatments at his clinic would be suitable for me. I ended up going for the light laser treatment that has made my skin look wonderful. I really appreciate being consulted from start to the end of the treatment on how do I feel, is it painful etc and given the opportunity to check in a mirror each section of my face after being done. I was warned that my face might get red and blotchy after the treatment for a day or two. However, I only had a little redness on the day of the treatment that had dispersed by the morning. Apparently, this clinic is still very new, but, oh my, looks like no expense has been spared in the best machines currently on market! They also have a boutique style gym that runs yoga & Pilates sessions three times per week, and the interior design is an elegant fusion of minimalism & art gallery, with a relaxing vibe about it. Looking forward to try other treatments at Puregen and join Lily's gym Saturday 120 mins workouts.”

After listening to my problem, she asked me some lifestyle questions to get an idea of what may be making my issue worse that might not have been thought of before. She then explained that she focuses not only on treating the issue, but trying to ensure it doesn't happen again. She made connections between my issue and general things I do that might be exacerbating the problem, that I had considered. On top of treatment during our session and exercises to complete at home, she also suggested some small changes that would prevent the issue returning. “Stephie is an excellent educational psychologist with a great deal of experience in neuro disability. We have worked alongside Stephie with regards to several young people with CVI. Stephie is very approachable, warm and truly listens to families and their concerns with regards to their children. When carrying out assessments, she is sensitive and reassuring and does her utmost to accommodate the needs of the child. For many children with CVI, assessments can prove very triggering, many children are traumatised from previous experiences and also may be out of education. Stephie has a very good understanding of CVI and has worked with us extremely collaboratively. Stephie is at present a rarity, in that many psychologists have little experience of assessing or working with children with CVI and accommodating their needs.
